He evaluates and advises on public policy programs, major projects, taxation and infrastructure funding in government, trade, and industry development.

Kerry began his professional career providing economic policy advice at the Australian Government’s Department of the Treasury, where he helped guide development and implementation of Australian National Competition Policy and related reforms. Kerry joined ACG in 1997.
Kerry was educated at the Australian National University. He has a Master of Public Policy from the Public Policy Program.
